1. How do I scan a QR code?

Open the app and grant camera permissions. Tap the scan button and point your device’s camera at the QR code. The app will automatically read and process the transaction.

2. Why does the app need my location?

Location access is required to accurately tag farmer procurement locations and trace transactions securely across the supply chain.

3. How do I upload farmer verification documents?

Navigate to the verification section and choose to either take a new photo using your camera or select an existing document from your photo library.

4. I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Please ensure you are connected to the internet. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset it.
